RI is founding member of industrial association Pro-Fusion

In June 2024, representatives from renowned German companies in the field of fusion energy met in Nuremberg to establish the industrial association Pro-Fusion.

Pro-Fusion serves as the central representative body for the German commercial fusion energy industry. Its mission is to address challenges such as shaping public opinion, engaging with political stakeholders, and adapting legal regulations.

The founding members of Pro-Fusion include Bilfinger Nuclear & Energy Transition GmbH, Focused Energy GmbH, Framatome GmbH, MAN Energy Solutions SE, Marvel Fusion GmbH, pro-beam GmbH & Co. KGaA, Proxima Fusion GmbH c/o Werk1 Bayern GmbH, ProZukunft GmbH, RI Research Instruments GmbH, Rolf Kind GmbH, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, Thiele Technologie & Management GmbH and the German Fusion Industrial Liaison Officer.
