Topping-out ceremony!

Last week, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for our second hall in Obereschbach, a successful event with many colleagues from RI and the entire fantastic construction team. Our architect, Mr. Rother, provided great entertainment with a witty poem from the rooftop before presenting the adorned broom to the builders, Michael Pekeler and Christian Piel, in good tradition, and we all toasted to the new building.

We're looking forward to moving into the additional 6098 square meters for production areas, technical zones, and social spaces. On the roof, an additional 1500 square meters of technical space and 2310 square meters of green roof area, largely covered with solar panels, are being developed. The new hall will provide us with ample space for our demanding activities, allow for further growth, and significantly reduce our transportation routes within production. We've also carefully considered efficiency and sustainability in our planning – more on that soon!
