Full house at the RI Christmas party!

Last week, the RI team gathered for a lively Christmas celebration at the Technologie Park Bergisch Gladbach to bring the tumultuous year to a close. The RI Christmas party was a resounding success with a packed house!

350 colleagues from all three locations, the Technologie Park, Dortmund, and Obereschbach, accepted the invitation to casually come together after a day's work, enjoy each other's company, and get to know one another better. Such occasions and the conversations that often arise unexpectedly strengthen our unity and promote understanding among us. This is particularly crucial in a company experiencing rapid growth like RI.

In their brief address, our managing directors Michael Pekeler and Christian Piel reflected on a successful business year, highlighting completed and new projects, as well as the ongoing construction project in Obereschbach. Despite the numerous projects and modern machines, the focus was always on people. Our motivated and competent team forms the core of the company and is the key to our success.

As is tradition, we honored colleagues who have been with the company for 10 or even 20 years. It's this wonderful combination of long-standing experience and the fresh perspective and enthusiasm of new team members that makes us strong.
