Preparing RI Research Instruments for the future is not only about new technologies. It is also very much about people. RI would not be where it is today without its employees.
Several of us have been around for decades, and we truly care about passing our knowledge and our passion on to the next generation. Therefore, every year, RI takes on trainees who work with us part-time while also attending school for their vocational training. The training opportunities we offer range from hands-on jobs for industrial mechanics orlab technicians to industrial management and accounting. Our aim is to not only educate our trainees, but to give them a long-term perspective at RI.
This year we are happy to congratulate three successful trainees, Georg Hempel (physics laboratory assistant), Rezan Seido (industrial mechanic) and Tugay Ördü (industrial clerk).
At RI, trainees should get to know the diversity of their profession. Of course, they make valuable contributions to our products, but their learning comes first. At the end of their training, they are well equipped for a professional life and we are glad to welcome Georg, Rezan, and Tugay as full-fledged colleagues.
By the way, we are already looking for apprentices again for 2023, including (using the German job titles):
• Elektroniker oder Elektronikerin für Betriebstechnik
• Physiklaborantin oder Physiklaborant
• Industriekaufmann oder Industriekauffrau
