Trainees at RI

For us, preparing RI Research Instruments for the future is not only about new technologies and better instruments. It is also very much about people. RI would not be where it is today without its highly motivated and dedicated team.

Quite a few of us have been around for many years, and we truly care about passing our knowledge and our passion on to the next generation. This is why, every year, RI takes on a number of trainees who work with us part-time while still attending school for their vocational training. The training opportunities we offer range from hands-on jobs for industrial mechanics, lab technicians or cutting machine operator to more office-based tasks, for instance in industrial management and accounting. Our aim is to not only educate our trainees, but to take them on as permanent staff after completion of their training, thus giving them a long-term perspective at RI.
